Conditions for Returns
For Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
• The Products are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
• Software, once activated, cannot be returned.
• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
• The supply of Goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate quickly or have exceeded their expiry date.
• The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods that, after delivery, depending on their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods for sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if applicable law does not allow it.
