("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the following terms. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement to protect each other and set expectations for our service.

Subject to availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and we will contact you to find out if you prefer to wait for the replacement of the pending item or if you prefer that we
to process a refund.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be charged with purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return due to change of mind
OBD Tech Tools will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind, as long as we receive a return request within 30 days of receiving the item and it is returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Return shipping will be at the customer's expense and you must arrange your own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this is completed via email.
(OBD Tech Tools) will refund the value of returned goods but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
3.2 Returns under warranty
OBD Tech Tools will gladly accept any valid warranty claim, provided it is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.
Customers must pay for return shipping in advance; However, we will refund you once the warranty claim is successful.
Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect OBD Tech Tools to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the option to:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a store credit refund
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 Transit time nationwide
Generally, domestic shipments take 2 to 7 days in transit.
4.2 International transit time
Generally, orders shipped internationally take 4 to 22 days in transit. This varies greatly depending on the courier service you have selected. We can offer you a more specific quote when you choose your courier at checkout.
4.3 Shipping time
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of delivery address
For delivery address change requests, we may change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.5 PO Box shipping
OBD Tech Tools will be shipped to P.O. box addresses using only postal services. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Shipping to military addresses
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service if you use courier services.
4.7 Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and ship the remaining items once they are back in stock.
4.8 Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation.
5. Notification tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates available from the shipping provider.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the
courier package and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you present, please contact customer service with the following steps.

7.2 Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be required to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and OBD Tech Tools encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to OBD Tech Tools at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid for, less the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations

9. Insurance
Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier service.
