HPT File Editor 2.5

HPT File Editor 2.5 is used to convert BIN files to HPT files, unlock previously locked HPT files, and perform other calibration-related tasks, typically for vehicles with HP Tuners. The software allows you to copy calibrations and VIN data between files and works as a BIN to HPT Converter and an HPT File Unlocking Editor.

Features:

BIN to HPT Conversion: Allows you to convert BIN files to the HPT format.

File Unlocking: The Tuner Unlock feature can unlock up to 90% of locked HPT files, including specific controllers such as the E92A, to access the raw data.

Calibration Copying: Enables you to copy calibration data, VIN, or operating system information from one file to another.

Advanced Editing: Includes the Raw Edit feature for precise data modifications.

The rest of the program consists of calculators: air-fuel ratio, hemi cam calculator, and camshaft RPM timing calculator.

Important: It does not work with the latest HP Tuners encryption. It is recommended to have prior knowledge or be taking a course for the correct use of the tool. For recent encryption, use HPT File Editor 3.8.1 2026.
